Shipping Policy

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. I will make every effort to get your order out as fast as I can. I pride myself in speedy service.

Delays may occur due to high volume of orders or postal service problems that are out of my control. 

Domestic Shipping

I currently offer free shipping on all items shipped domestically! All items are shipped USPS. Items are shipped either First Class in a bubble mailer for small items and/or larger items are shipped Priority Mail. Folded posters are shipped in a flat mailer and rolled posters are shipped in a triangular mailer. All other items are shipped Priority Mail in a box.

Local delivery

Is currently unavailable due to COVID-19 and increased safety precautions. 

International Shipping

I am not currently offering international shipping, however, if you are an international customer interested in a specific item, please contact me via email at heatherdawn14llc@gmail.com and I can create a special listing for you on my eBay site. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your shipping conformation email within 3 days of placing your order, please contact me at heatherdawn14llc@gmail.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and I will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at heatherdawn14llc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. These issues are addressed on a case-by-case basis but of course I will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
